Manage Your Healthcare Online
Would you like better access to your healthcare information and be able to electronically message your providers? If so, we would encourage you to register for our patient portal. It’s easy, and will allow you 24/7 access to your health information.
The Patient Portal is a web-based application that allows for secure transfer of information between a
healthcare provider and a patient. From the Patient Portal web site or app, a patient can request their personal healthcare information, appointment information and can communicate with healthcare providers.
How To Sign Up:
- Provide Regional Family Medicine with your preferred email address. This can be given to a staff member in-person at our front office, or by emailing your request to: info@rfmmh.com. (Please include your full name and date of birth in your request). You must be an established patient.
- RFM will send you an email with a link to complete the set-up.
Please be sure to save the portal website to your favorites if you do not wish to use the app, as you will ALWAYS need to access your portal from the website or the app directly. You can also access the portal by visiting this website and clicking the Patient Portal button in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
If you have questions about the portal, please ask your provider or a member of our staff.
Important Notice
The Patient Portal is NOT used for: scheduling appointments, requesting medication refills or asking questions about medications. If you need to schedule an appointment, or have questions about your medication, please call one of our clinic locations during normal business hours to speak to your provider’s nurse.
